We utilize advanced technology to facilitate seamless communication and deliver care via video chat—allowing you to connect with clients while minimizing time spent on administrative tasks.

As a licensed mental health therapist at White Chair Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address the unique mental health needs of clients.
• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, insights, and challenges.
• Facilitating ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing guidance to clients in developing healthy coping strategies that enhance their quality of life.

Our primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults grappling with diverse mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. By providing efficient and effective treatment, your work will play a vital role in helping these clients achieve higher levels of emotional well-being, improve their interpersonal relationships, and enhance their overall quality of life.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Hold one of the necessary licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrate no disciplinary actions and hold no limited or provisional licenses.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a naturally sympathetic demeanor.
• Show proficiency in computer literacy, including comfort with digital communication and therapy platforms.

While not mandatory, previous experience in a remote counseling environment or working with a diverse clientele may enhance your application. Candidates with a background in solution-focused therapy will have a distinct advantage in successfully adapting to our therapeutic approach.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and availability. Additionally, we provide:
