• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, utilizing established diagnostic criteria to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment interventions are tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Maintain timely and precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines, reinforcing our commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care aimed at achieving positive client outcomes.

You will work primarily with individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including those recovering from traumatic experiences, managing anxiety, and coping with depression. Our clientele comprises a diverse demographic with varied backgrounds and needs, requiring a culturally competent approach to treatment. By providing empathetic and client-centered care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their journey towards healing and recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and readiness to practice.
• A current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in the state of Washington, proving your competency as a social work professional.
