Position: Education Expert - Sourcing Funnel (Private)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45–$60/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Design realistic educational scenarios and tasks from day-to-day work such as lesson planning and curriculum design.
  • Review and compare AI-generated educational outputs for accuracy, standards alignment, and pedagogical soundness.
  • Create structured examples that reflect educator reasoning through problems.
  • Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in teaching tasks.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance AI educational outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of professional experience in education (K-12 or higher-ed teaching, curriculum design, assessment, special education, tutoring, or related field).
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a subject-matter field.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
