Job description

It is dedicated to empowering purpose-driven enterprises to manage and improve their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and overall sustainability footprint with an integrated, comprehensive, flexible, and innovative technology platform built for compliance, tracking, and insight. About the Role
We are looking for an AI-first Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join Pulsora's growing customer solutions organization. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on deploying AI-enabled solutions directly into complex enterprise environments.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, implementation, product, and customer success. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their business problems, rapidly prototype solutions, deploy workflows, integrate systems, and drive measurable business outcomes using Pulsora's platform and modern AI-native development practices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead complex enterprise deployments and implementations of the Pulsora platform for global customers
  • Partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand business processes, technical requirements, and ESG reporting workflows
  • Design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve automation, compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Use AI-first engineering practices including AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, vibe coding, and LLM-powered application development
  • Rapidly build proofs-of-concept, internal tools, automations, integrations, dashboards, and lightweight applications
  • Configure workflows, validations, ETL pipelines, analytics, integrations, and reporting within the Pulsora platform
  • Develop reusable implementation accelerators and AI-powered tooling that improve delivery speed and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback
  • Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, product demonstrations, and technical deep dives
  • Troubleshoot technical escalations and serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers
  • Support customer adoption, quarterly business reviews, and annual reporting cycles
About You
You are passionate about using AI to transform how enterprise software is implemented and delivered. You enjoy building quickly, experimenting, and solving ambiguous customer problems. You are comfortable operating in highly customer-facing environments while remaining deeply technical.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, Enterprise SaaS Implementation, or Customer Engineering
  • Strong experience with AI-assisted software development and modern engineering workflows
  • Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, integrations, and analytics platforms
  • Experience with LLM application development including prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and evaluation
  • Strong vibe coding skills with the ability to rapidly prototype and ship solutions using AI-native development environments
  • Experience using modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, Replit, and Bolt.new
  • Ability to quickly build internal tools, automations, workflow systems, AI-powered applications, and customer-facing prototypes
  • Familiarity with cloud-native and open-source technologies
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration and business process automation
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
  • Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, carbon accounting, or reporting frameworks such as CDP, SASB, GRI, or TCFD is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
