  •  Assists in translating the production plan into a mid-long term Material Requirements Plan, ensuring 
    material availability based on forecasts. 
  • Maintains MRP parameters, consolidates cross-category needs, and addresses MRP exceptions aligned 
    with the production plan. 
  • Collaborates with suppliers to support Rough Cut Capacity Planning for material requirements, 
    balancing cost and supply needs. 
  • Assists in material inventory analysis, reviewing policies, tracking slow-movers, and managing 
    obsoletes. 
  • Maintains manufacturing parameters to support material planning efficiency. 
  • Identifies and escalates material sourcing risks or opportunities to relevant internal or external 
    stakeholders. 
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning processes and 
    performance. 
  • Ensures accurate material ordering in terms of quantity and timing, optimizing order size while 
    minimizing obsoletes.Â
