Epic PB Charge Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Through January 29, 2027

Industry: Healthcare IT / Epic Revenue Cycle

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic PB Charge Analyst to support a large-scale Epic implementation currently underway across a multi-hospital healthcare system. The organization is in the midst of a major enterprise-wide Epic deployment and is looking for a Professional Billing expert to assist with build, validation, testing, and charge workflow optimization efforts leading up to a significant go-live event.

The ideal candidate will have strong Epic Professional Billing experience, a deep understanding of charging workflows, and hands-on expertise configuring Charge Router and Professional Billing components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, build, and support Epic Professional Billing charging workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Workqueue (WQ) rules and related build.
  • Perform fee schedule build, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Configure and support Charge Router workflows.
  • Complete SER record updates and maintenance activities.
  • Support professional coding workflows and charge reconciliation processes.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to ensure accurate charge capture and revenue cycle performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration Certification.
  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing Charging Certification.
  • Epic Charge Router (Bridges) Certification.
  • 2-5 years of Epic Professional Billing implementation experience.
  • Experience with build, validation, and testing in Epic PB environments.
  • Strong understanding of charge capture, billing workflows, and revenue cycle operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations.
  • Knowledge of professional coding workflows and operational billing processes.
