Position Summary

As a Systems Management Analyst focusing on Epic Healthy Planet and Epic Cheers, you will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to support population health strategies and patient engagement workflows. You will lead and support the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of value-based care tools, registries, and outreach campaigns to drive care gap closure and improve clinical quality performance across the organization.

You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with operational and clinical stakeholders to develop, maintain, and optimize Cheers campaign workflows that support patient engagement, preventive care outreach, and care gap closure efforts
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Cheers campaigns and patient engagement strategies, supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of targeted outreach initiatives within Epic
  • Serve as a Senior Healthy Planet analyst supporting Epic population health workflows, registries, reporting, and outreach tools aligned with organizational value-based care initiatives
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to translate value-based care priorities into effective Epic solutions that support quality, risk, and care management objectives
  • Lead and support the design, build, testing, implementation, and optimization of Healthy Planet tools and workflows to ensure alignment with operational goals and end-user needs
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to Healthy Planet functionality that improve care gap closure, patient outreach, quality performance, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Healthy Planet certification
  • 5 years of experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet or population health applications in a healthcare environment
  • 5 years of experience with workflow design, system configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of Epic tools supporting value-based care or patient outreach initiatives
  • 1 years of experience with Epic Cheers functionality or patient outreach campaign workflows 
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively across clinical, operational, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Epic Cheers and/or Healthy Planet certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in healthcare systems management)
  • 3 years of experience with value-based care performance metrics (e.g., HEDIS, MIPS) and care gap management strategies
  • Experience supporting MyChart integration or patient portal outreach tools
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized technology optimization projects

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
