- You will assist the division program manager in the development and negotiation of cost proposals and tasking.
- You will provide program/project oversight support to technical managers.
- You will keep management apprised of project financial status and significant changes or issues.
- You will conduct workload forecasting, technical capabilities, planning and long-term master planning.
- You will establish short and long-term budget projections.
- You will track metrics and make revisions as required.
- You will participate in budget formulation and analysis, responsible for all Division funding execution, and tracking/reporting.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of
specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
