The Employee Relations (ER) Analyst will provide day-to-day support to employees, managers, and the People Team on a variety of employee relations matters including attendance, performance, policy interpretation, and One Breath situations. This position staffs the One Breath phone queue up to three hours per day, completing intake and assessment of One Breath cases for either managing directly or escalating to Senior ER Analysts and Case Managers..
If you reside in Pacific Time Zone, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Effectively and efficiently handle up to three hours per day of incoming "One Breath" calls from the People Team, Employees, and Managers
  • Complete intake for One Breath cases, ensuring appropriate assessment and either managing directly or escalating to Sr. Employee Relations Analysts and ER Case Managers as appropriate
  • Manage own caseload, providing coaching and consultation to managers on employee relations matters, including attendance, performance, corrective action, and policy interpretation cases
  • Support additional project work as needed, including tasks such as severance document processing, audit requests, and other deliverables

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years experience in employee relations, human resources, within the Employee Center, and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven history of consulting and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication/documentation skills
  • Availability to work 8:30am - 5:00pm PST
  • Resides in Pacific Time Zone

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of US State and Federal employment law; working knowledge in ADA, FLSA, EEO
  • Proven solid Windows, Excel, Word, PeopleSoft skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
