Supervisor, Operations Specialist to join our growing team!
The Supervisor, Operations Specialist is responsible for leading the key operational support teams within Referral Management. This role provides direct supervision, performance management, and operational oversight while driving process improvement, workflow optimization, compliance, and service excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, performance feedback, onboarding support, and employee development while fostering accountability, engagement, and collaboration across assigned teams.
- Monitor daily workloads, productivity, service levels, and task completion, ensuring efficient workflow management, proper prioritization, work distribution and timely escalation of operational concerns.
- Conduct quality reviews and audits, identify coaching opportunities, and ensure adherence to departmental procedures, standard work, HIPAA requirements, and compliance standards.
- Perform performance evaluations, attendance management, corrective action processes, and ongoing employee development to ensure team members meet established expectations and goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions, issue resolution, process updates, and cross-functional coordination to support effective team performance.
- Additional responsibilities, participate in special projects, and support departmental and organizational initiatives as assigned to meet business and operational needs.
- Completion of project based work and operational tasks to support the Referral Management department objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher.
- Previous experience in a leadership position with five or more direct reports required.
- Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven capability of managing an issue from inception through to its successful conclusion.
- Home care/healthcare background is a plus but not required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to deliver feedback effectively.

- Possess strong, professional written and oral communication skills for in-person, telephonic, and electronic use.
