Description

CCFBank is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team. This role performs a full range of operational activities that support the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our deposit functions. You will play a key part in ensuring high-quality service for both internal partners and external clients, while upholding CCF's Mission, Vision, and Values every day.

This position is located in Eau Claire, WI.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to all areas of the department as directed or where service or assistance is needed; demonstrate superior customer service with appropriate follow-through with involved clients and colleagues.
  • Work directly with the Treasury Management sales team to monitor commercial accounts and services.
  • Daily processing of wires, ACH, teller support, deceased customers, IRA/HSA processing, overdraft accounts, NSF and Non-Post, review of mobile/remote deposit items, new account and maintenance audits, safe deposit box processing, and legal requests including garnishments and levies.
  • Manage Deposit Operations mailbox
  • Responsible for documenting issues with our core provider and opening ticket/inquiries as needed.
  • Resolve account processing errors and resolution requests; research and explore answers and alternative solutions; reconcile accounts; enter corrections; reverse customer fees or charges with the concurrence of Bank management; escalate unresolved problems.
  • Perform a wide variety of routine clerical duties.
  • Responsible for daily monitoring and balancing ATM settlement activity.
  • Assure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations; adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.

Must haves: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of deposit operations experience in a financial institution. 
  • One (1) year of work-related experience consisting of call center or customer service support duties in a financial institution or business environment.
