In your role as an LCSW, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the individual needs of patients, developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based best practices.
• Administering targeted therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting your strategies to cater to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy and confidentiality standards are met.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate holistic care, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance the overall quality of service.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to take control of their treatment journey.
• Staying informed about the latest developments and research in mental health to continuously improve your practice and contribute to better patient outcomes.

As an LCSW, you will serve a diverse population of patients at various life stages, facing unique psychological challenges. This role is particularly focused on individuals in hospice care, providing compassionate support to them and their families during critical times. Your work will foster resilience and healing in clients grappling with life-limiting illnesses, ensuring they receive empathetic care tailored to their emotional and psychological needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, ensuring your academic qualifications meet industry standards.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California, affirming your professional capabilities.
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience where you have successfully provided psychotherapy services in dynamic environments.
• Expertise in solution-based intervention techniques, with a track record of facilitating meaningful change in clients’ lives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for establishing rapport and effectively engaging with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios successfully.

• Experience working specifically within hospice or end-of-life care settings is a significant advantage, offering deeper insight into the unique challenges faced by this vulnerable population.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and tools is preferred, as this may enhance your adaptability in our remote work environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and credentials.
