Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Mental Fitness Masters Hub, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while adapting your approaches to meet the specific preferences of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practice.
  • A valid LCSW license to practice in Virginia, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.
  • At least three years of experience in a clinical setting, specializing in psychotherapy services, with a track record of successfully helping clients achieve their health goals.
