As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will have the profound responsibility of providing psychotherapy to clients facing a spectrum of mental health issues. Your essential duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique preferences and circumstances of each client.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and facilitate seamless communication among your treatment team.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinated treatment approaches.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources, enabling them to make informed decisions.
• Staying abreast of current research and advancements in mental health treatment and integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic practice.

You will work primarily with individuals in a detox center setting, many of whom are seeking recovery from substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. Your role will involve helping patients navigate complex emotional landscapes and supporting them in establishing healthier coping mechanisms. Every interaction will contribute significantly to clients' recovery journeys, allowing you to witness firsthand the impact of your work.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Adept problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address diverse client needs effectively.

• Experience working within a detox or substance abuse setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
• Continued education in advanced clinical practices or therapeutic modalities.
