As a remote position, you will primarily operate from the comfort of your home while maintaining robust communication with your colleagues at our outpatient office. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for new clients to identify their mental health difficulties and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs that address each client’s unique challenges, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and welcoming space for open discussion and personal growth.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, promoting diverse treatment options.
• Provide ongoing education and support to clients’ families, guiding them in understanding the recovery process and the best ways to assist their loved ones.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Exhibit high levels of empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively navigate multiple cases and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings, particularly focused on marriage and family therapy, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations, understanding the cultural nuances that influence mental health.

• Attractive salary between USD 120,000 and 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
