• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and design tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in delivering individual and group therapy sessions.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that encourage communal support and address prevalent mental health issues.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care for patients.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary, offering immediate support and solutions during critical situations.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, ensuring they are informed about treatment options and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to track patient progress and outcomes.
• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development sessions to share insights and enhance therapeutic practices.
• Stay updated with the latest research, innovations, and trends in mental health, actively contributing to the ongoing educational environment of our clinic.

We serve clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including acute crises and chronic conditions. As a therapist, you will engage with patients of different ages, providing tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with each unique individual.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and housing an array of therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough assessments and crafting strategic treatment plans.
• Experience in delivering both individual therapy and group sessions within a remote or telehealth format.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Strong ethical framework and understanding of professional boundaries.
• Technologically literate with competence in EHR systems and related software applications.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and professional camaraderie.

• Experience working within a community health setting, particularly with a focus on underserved populations.
• Familiarity with the latest digital therapy platforms and tools to enhance remote patient interactions.
• Proven track record in facilitating psychoeducational groups or community workshops.
