Job description

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic Remote Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and foster strong client relationships. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, mentoring teammates, and collaborating with internal teams to support client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new clients and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships aligned with company objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, managing the full sales process: prospecting, evaluating, negotiating, closing, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Achieve annual sales targets for both new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional account management by coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and trade shows to represent and promote the company.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and prepare prospecting and development reports.
  • Mentor and lead teammates in team selling efforts.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process with revenue projections and account planning.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in retail/commercial construction (e.g., signage, fixtures, lighting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, codes, and field concepts.
  • Proven skills in relationship building, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
