We are excited to offer full-time positions for dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our passionate team at Helping Hand Behavioral Clinic. Our thriving outpatient psychiatric office is based in Eugene, Oregon, but operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to contribute positively to patient care without geographical constraints.

Work Environment

Our community health clinic functions as a remote outpatient facility, allowing Mental Health Therapists to connect with patients from the comfort of their own homes. This flexibility in work setting enhances work-life balance and allows therapists to tailor their schedules around patient needs. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required for patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and tailor personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver impactful interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community among patients and address common mental health issues.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic care for all our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate access to care when it’s most needed.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and available resources within the community.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing EHR systems efficiently.
• Engage with colleagues in case consultations and team meetings to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds and with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• Strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills essential for building therapeutic relationships.
• Commitment to sound ethical practices and professional boundaries in all interactions.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications for effective patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual and group therapy within outpatient settings, demonstrating efficacy in treatment delivery.
• A history of engaging with diverse populations and adapting therapeutic approaches to meet unique cultural needs.
• Prior involvement in crisis management or intervention strategies is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Helping Hand Behavioral Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
