• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and resources, utilizing a variety of standardized assessment tools.
• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients’ specific needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions, ensuring they reflect the client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients in acute distress, facilitating immediate and supportive interventions based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, supporting a transparent clinical practice.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among clients.

This role primarily serves individuals in a detox center setting who are facing mental health challenges alongside substance use issues. Our clientele includes diverse age groups and backgrounds, each seeking comprehensive support for conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. You will engage with clients in a compassionate, stigma-free environment, empowering them to overcome obstacles and regain control of their lives.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, with exposure to detox and recovery support preferred.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, with a natural aptitude for fostering therapeutic alliances.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members effectively.

• Experience in substance use treatment and recovery settings, including knowledge of treatment methodologies specific to detox environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation and progress notes.
• Capacity to handle diverse client cases within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and critical thinking.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
