What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and update site plans, building drawings, evacuation maps, fire riser maps, and utility documentation
  • Manage electronic and physical document repositories to ensure secure and organized document control
  • Incorporate project close-out documentation into as-built drawings and CAD files
  • Create detailed CAD drawings from sketches, layouts, notes, and field measurements
  • Perform field audits to verify drawing accuracy and update documentation based on onsite changes
  • Update electrical panel schedules and single-line diagrams as modifications occur
  • Support CAD integration efforts within Facilities Integrated Workplace Management Systems such as Tririga
  • Review and prepare plotting documentation and equipment templates for dimensional accuracy

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 4+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Drafter
  • 4+ years of experience using AutoCAD in architectural, engineering, or facilities environments
