Hiring Event – Document Control Assistants, Scanning Technicians, Cutters & Warehouse Associates Portland, OR | Immediate Openings $18.00/Hour | 100+ Openings Available

Kelly is partnering with a leading document management and imaging services company to hire Document Control Assistants, Scanning Technicians, Cutters, and Inventory/Warehouse Associates for a large-scale project in Portland, OR.

We are hosting an onsite hiring event and looking to hire 100–150 employees immediately. Qualified candidates may be able to start as soon as the week following the hiring event.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Day Shift (Currently Hiring)

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Future Shift Opportunities

Swing Shift
Monday – Friday
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Graveyard Shift
Monday – Friday
11:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Weekend Shifts
Saturday & Sunday

Additional shifts will be added later in July and August.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare paper documents for scanning and digitization
  • Remove staples, paper clips, bindings, and other materials
  • Operate high-speed document scanners
  • Perform quality checks on scanned images
  • Sort, organize, and file documents
  • Maintain document accuracy and confidentiality
  • Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules
  • Assist with inventory and warehouse functions as needed
  • Perform routine scanner cleaning and maintenance
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Previous production, warehouse, document control, scanning, records management, or clerical experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Assignment Details
  • Temporary assignment with strong potential for extension
  • Temp-to-hire opportunities available for strong performers
