• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect client information.
• Engage collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure high-quality care for all clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and potential treatment pathways, empowering them with knowledge and resources.
• Stay updated on advancements in the mental health field to continually refine and enhance therapeutic approaches.
• Manage a full caseload of patients efficiently, ensuring timely interventions and support, while upholding the ethical standards set by your licensing board.

You will have the privilege to work with a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health issues, from individuals dealing with anxiety and depression to those navigating complex relationship dynamics and trauma. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking mindset essential for adapting treatments effectively.
