Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Implement interventions to support clients through their healing journey while ensuring adherence to ethical practices and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with the treatment team during regular case consultations, effectively communicating insights and strategies to enhance care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, fostering a supportive network around them.
• Stay current with developments in the mental health field, attending workshops or trainings to better embed new techniques into your practice.
• Manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective treatment without compromising quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license in California to practice as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Proficiency in implementing solution-focused therapeutic interventions and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
• A team-oriented mindset that values collaboration and mutual support among colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting, especially working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.
• Continuous professional development through workshops or certifications related to mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Relieve Counseling, LLC offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life and disability coverage. We also provide malpractice insurance, an employee assistance program, and minimal paperwork responsibilities to allow you to focus primarily on your clients. Further, all therapists receive unlimited referrals to build and maintain a fulfilling caseload.
