Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide vital mental health services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their mental health needs and treatment goals.
  • Providing individual and family therapy sessions, employing techniques that are tailored to the unique circumstances and challenges faced by each client.
  • Completing essential documentation including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified timeframes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Engaging in continuous learning opportunities to grow your professional competence and skills through training and education.
  • Actively participating in case consultations and internal meetings to keep abreast of best practices and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Completing all necessary licensure and mandatory training to sustain credentials and adhere to industry standards.

Qualifications
