GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Head of Sales Midwest is a remote position responsible for developing, implementing and executing, sales strategies that promote growth and drive revenue within the region,. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The Head of Sales Midwest is expected to be a seasoned sales professional with a thorough understanding of the Dietary Supplement Industry with a focus contract manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Sales Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
  • Remote Communication: Engage and build rapport with customers and colleagues remotely through various virtual platforms.
  • Digital Tools Utilization: Leverage digital tools for sales presentations, client engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize proficiency in sales analysis tools (e.g., CRM, SAP, Tableau) to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Travel: Travel as necessary for client meetings, trade shows, and team coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of sales management experience in the nutraceutical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in sales analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Note: This position covers territory of the Midwest and may require frequent travel within the US and occasional travel to China.
