• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards to uphold client privacy and data security.
• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, participate in case consultations, and engage in regular peer review meetings to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Provide education and ongoing support to patients and their families, equipping them with a solid understanding of mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources.
• Stay current with the latest research and emerging trends in mental health to continuously improve therapeutic strategies and knowledge.

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, complemented with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 payable upon joining the team.
