• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized care plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors, ensuring a supportive and safe learning environment.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, engaging students in discussions that promote coping skills and emotional intelligence.
• Provide educational resources and workshops for families to empower them with tools and strategies for supporting their child's mental health at home.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The primary focus of this role is to address the mental health needs of students, including those facing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. You will work closely with children aged 5-18, collaborating with teachers, parents, and school administrative staff to ensure a holistic approach to each child's care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing as a Clinical Social Worker in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical practice experience within a mental health context, preferably in a school or community setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions.

Experience working with diverse populations, particularly within educational settings, is highly preferred. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and behavioral intervention strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
