This position operates entirely remotely, making use of advanced telehealth technology to connect with clients nationwide. • Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate and provide integrated care for clients, ensuring comprehensive support and effective intervention strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Engage and educate clients’ families to enhance their involvement in the recovery process and set up a supportive home environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives dedicated to the organization's evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as care pathways.

The typical clients you will work with are pre-screened individuals, primarily adolescents and young adults, who present low acuity mental health issues. By engaging with stable clients, you can focus your therapeutic efforts on effective treatment without the heightened pressures associated with high-acuity cases. Our service approach prioritizes creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their issues and develop coping strategies.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a mental health setting.
• Strong proficiency in technology, including digital communication tools and electronic health records (EHRs), as well as basic knowledge of the Google suite applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective therapy and documentation.

• Experience providing telehealth therapy, specifically within adolescent and young adult populations.
• Familiarity with developing treatment plans based on best practice guidelines and ongoing client assessment.
• Interest in participating in training workshops focused on innovative therapeutic strategies and methodologies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
