Pacific Psychological Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Therapist with a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC certification to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at increasing community awareness and building business contacts.
• Facilitate clinical supervision opportunities, mentoring junior staff while providing oversight and guidance.
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary staff, fostering a collaborative environment amongst colleagues and stakeholders associated with our services.
• Construct a high-performing team of mental health professionals, prioritizing recruitment and the continuous development of staff capabilities.
• Provide administrative oversight and ensure that the operational functions align with the organization's goals for service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, often dealing with complex issues such as addiction, trauma, homelessness, and co-occurring disorders. Understanding the intricacies of these issues is vital to your role as a therapist, as it allows you to tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each individual. Your work will directly influence their paths toward recovery and improved mental health, contributing to their overall independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and up-to-date licensing including LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC as appropriate.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in the mental health field, particularly in crisis intervention and management.
• Proficiency in addressing addiction issues and their therapeutic implications is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma, PTSD, homelessness, and other co-occurring disorders.
• Respect and professionalism in supervision and interactions with clients and staff are imperative.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to effectively connect with your clients in a virtual setting. Additionally, familiarity with marketing strategies within mental health services will contribute to your success in the role.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year is complemented by a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
