Serenity Solutions Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality telehealth services to individuals struggling with mental health challenges. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. We provide all necessary resources and support for you to thrive in a telehealth setting. • Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological wellbeing as well as their substance use history.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based interventions tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the treatment and recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

The clients you will serve are pre-screened and classified as stable, with low acuity levels, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful support without the distractions of high-stress cases. Our aim is to empower clients—including individuals, couples, and families—through effective mental health interventions, promoting their overall wellbeing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools, with advanced skills in navigating Google Suite and electronic health record systems.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, enabling seamless interaction with clients, their families, and team members.
• A commitment to maintaining professionalism and a neat appearance during sessions.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, especially through telehealth.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults is highly desirable.
• An openness to participate in training and development in our proprietary care pathways and evidence-based treatment frameworks.
• Strong warmth and empathic engagement skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently, with a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to ensure confidentiality.
