Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health through structured interviews, standardized assessments, and meaningful conversations.
  • Formulate treatment plans based on clients' unique needs, goals, and circumstances, ensuring an individualized approach to each case.
  • Provide remote therapy sessions, employing evidence-based strategies tailored for individuals, couples, and groups.
  • Facilitate couples therapy to enhance communication and foster healthier relationships.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment progress and adapt plans as necessary to reflect changing client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Prism Behavioral Center, our diverse clientele includes teenagers, adults, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. As a licensed therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting these individuals, assisting them in overcoming obstacles related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal development. Qualifications
  • A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is essential to practice.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is mandatory with at least 1 year of post-degree experience providing individual and/or couples therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using virtual platforms for delivering therapy would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus of $3,000 for new hires! Our benefits package includes:
