In this remote role, you will be connecting with clients primarily through telehealth sessions. Our technological framework supports seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues, ensuring that even from a distance, you feel part of a close-knit professional community. The work hours are set on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured schedule conducive to work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough assessments during telehealth sessions to understand each client’s unique challenges and needs.
• Develop and implement customized care plans that provide straightforward strategies for overcoming obstacles, leveraging a solution-focused approach.
• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions that might include cognitive-behavioral techniques, play therapy, or family counseling, all tailored to enhance client engagement.
• Coordinate with schools, families, and community resources to help clients access the necessary support, such as academic tutoring and extracurricular programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring a high level of safety and quality in care.
• Engage actively with your virtual team, participating in regular meetings to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will be focused on meeting the needs of children and adolescents within a school setting. You will work closely with students facing emotional, behavioral, or situational difficulties, which may affect their academic performance and interpersonal relationships. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) coupled with an active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work is essential, particularly in settings that emphasize child and adolescent therapy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
