Job description

Imagen is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified Breast Radiologist to lead and expand its breast imaging program across two modern outpatient centers in the San Bernardino area. This role offers the opportunity to shape clinical standards and optimize workflows within a physician-led, technology-forward practice. The position provides flexibility for onsite or hybrid work with remote reading options, supported by a collaborative national team and dedicated resources.

Practice Info

  • No hospital call
  • Access to a large, national team of radiologists for backup, consultation, and collaborative support

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the breast imaging program
  • Perform ultrasound-guided breast biopsies
  • Interpret screening and diagnostic mammography studies
  • Define clinical standards and optimize workflows (for those interested in leadership)
  • Provide occasional cross-site coverage in the region

Compensation

  • Base compensation starting at $500,000, with additional earning potential

Benefits

Shift & Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (modified schedule may be available)

Requirements

  • Board-certified (ABR or AOBR) Radiologist
  • Breast Radiology fellowship training required
  • Prior breast biopsy procedure experience required
  • Active medical license in California
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program
