• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide tailored short-term psychotherapy to individuals and groups, focusing on mental health challenges faced by a diverse clientele.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and engagement among clients.
• Work as a consultant for clients and other healthcare professionals regarding counseling needs, ensuring holistic care models.
• Implement outreach programs to connect with underrepresented communities and promote available mental health resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending training sessions and participating in case consultations.
• Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention services, demonstrating a proactive approach to client safety and well-being.
• Assess suicidal concerns with sensitivity and professionalism, and facilitate necessary arrangements for hospitalization when appropriate.
• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans that reflect client needs and identify appropriate psychotherapeutic interventions, including referrals for long-term care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

This position focuses on serving a diverse range of clients, particularly adolescents and college-age individuals. The LCSW will provide therapy and interventions that address unique challenges such as academic stress, identity issues, and social adaptation, ensuring all clients receive personalized, culturally sensitive care that acknowledges their individual backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work is required, along with an active LCSW license. Candidates with fully licensed LMHC credentials will also be considered.
• A minimum of three years’ post-master’s clinical experience, specifically in case management and therapeutic settings, is essential to ensure readiness for the challenges presented in this role.
• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse adolescent or college-aged population managing treatment pathways.

Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices will contribute to a smoother transition into the role and enhance service delivery.

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefit package includes:
