As a Senior Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at providing exceptional mental health services:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and devise tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate short-term psychotherapy sessions and lead group therapy interventions that address diverse emotional and psychological issues.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention services, managing urgent care needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Offer expert consultation for counseling needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Plan and execute outreach activities to enhance community awareness of mental health resources and services.
• Engage in continuous training and professional development opportunities to enhance competencies and stay current with best practices.
• Monitor patient safety by assessing suicidal concerns, arranging for hospitalization when necessary, and coordinating with healthcare providers for long-term treatment solutions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and young adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to understand the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes, fostering recovery, and supporting the emotional needs of individuals facing difficult life transitions.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation. We may also consider fully licensed LMHC candidates.
• A minimum of three years of post-master's clinical experience, specifically in case management within mental health settings.

Experience working with a diverse adolescent or college student population is highly desirable. Background in hospice care or palliative support is an asset, reflecting our commitment to holistic and compassionate care.
