Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position focuses on providing essential support and care to children with disabilities or developmental delays and their families, primarily in a hospice center setting. The responsibilities of the LCSW at Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions encompass a range of essential tasks aimed at supporting children and families:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children in early intervention programs, focusing on developmental milestones.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring services are tailored to each family's unique circumstances.
• Monitor and track outcomes as part of a collaborative team, regularly updating plans based on progress and feedback from families.
• Provide evidence-based support to families, equipping them with the necessary skills and information to foster their child's development effectively.
• Utilize coaching models that promote natural learning environments, ensuring practices align with developmental goals and family input.
• Establish strong rapport with children, families, and colleagues, creating a safe and healthy atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
• Follow all federal and state regulations to maintain compliance and assurance of safety standards for all services provided.

The LCSW will primarily work with young children (0-3 years) who experience developmental delays or disabilities, along with their families. This vulnerable population requires a careful and personalized approach to care, emphasizing early intervention and family inclusion. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, from an accredited institution.
• Have a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• Hold a current driver’s license to facilitate travel during work-related duties.
• Demonstrate adaptability to various learning styles and ability to incorporate evidence-based strategies into individualized treatment plans.
• Exhibit strong organization and time management skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering positive interactions with both families and team members.
• Show respect for others and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

While at least one year of experience working with children in early intervention is required, additional qualifications that demonstrate a commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and values such as bilingual capability are encouraged. Familiarity with the coaching model and family-centered approaches in social work are also highly advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
