POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing teams, managing relationships and resolving payment and claims issues
  • Review revenue cycle metrics and collaborate with internal and external billing partners to drive process improvement initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate special projects, meetings, and cross-functional efforts to improve revenue cycle performance
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with state and federal billing regulations
  • Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while addressing escalated billing and patient concerns

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a high-volume environment preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and CPT/ICD coding
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and process improvement leadership skills

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $56,700 - $85,000 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
