Recruiter Summary of Position:

  • Job Title: Systems Administrator (Azure, Citrix, Modern Workplace)
  • Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid or remote. Hybrid if near Indianapolis, Indiana. Remote if open to travel.
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel
  • Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary + benefits

Required Technical Skills:

  • 3-5 years of technical support experience; preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  • Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
  • Endpoint & Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Remote Desktop Services, and Networking Basics (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS)
  • Required Certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Citrix Certified Associate (CCA)

Required Certifications (Non-Negotiable):

  • Citrix Certified Associate (CCA)
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)

Preferred Technical Skills:
