Job Description Summary
As the Senior Project Manager - Content Technology, you will oversee implementation projects that span across digital experiences (Strategy, Creative, and Website/Mobile App Development), ensuring budget-conscious delivery with a clear scope. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and requirements, while managing client relationships for satisfaction. Leading a diverse team, you'll guide them towards high-quality outcomes, allocate resources, and adjust for project efficiency. Risk assessment and mitigation will be crucial, alongside budget development and cost control. Communication facilitation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement will also be part of your responsibilities and documentation of all project facets. This is a remote position, reporting to Director, Project Management.
Job Responsibilities:
You will develop project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements. Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
You will lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other project resources. Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring collaboration and high-quality project deliverables.
You will allocate project resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary capacity to complete their tasks. Monitor resource use and make adjustments to increase project efficiency.
You will manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
You will develop project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
You will facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular project status updates and reports, highlighting milestones and risks.
You will identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
You will maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, requirements, change requests, and other project-related artifacts. Ensure documentation of project decisions and outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, in related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital experience technology implementations and related projects.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices. Familiarity with user experience (UX) design, web and mobile development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring project profitability.
Identify and overcome project-related challenges and risks.
Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience applying them to digital projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
