IMPORTANT: This is a Business Project Manager role — NOT IT, NOT Cloud, NOT Digital Transformation, NOT Application Delivery.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager or Product Manager with extensive recent experience leading Digital Supply Chain initiatives within large, matrixed enterprises, preferably in Medical Devices, Pharma, or other Health-focused physical product environments. This is a strictly business-side project role — candidates with primarily IT backgrounds (cloud migration, app delivery, digital transformation) will not be considered.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate perfect communication skills, strong stakeholder leadership, long project tenure, and experience coordinating across complex organizations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of Digital Supply Chain projects supporting Decision Intelligence & Digital Strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder groups across business functions and partner teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and governance collateral.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with Product, Business, and Technology Leadership (non-IT PM) to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to keep program timelines on track.
  • Drive continuous improvements in process, communication, and execution.
  • Support deployment and adoption of supply-chain-related solutions across enterprise teams.
  • Provide clear, consistent, executive-quality communication to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Candidate MUST have:

  • X+ years as a Project Manager or Product Manager (Business Side Only).
  • X+ years in Digital Supply Chain projects.
  • X+ years in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or other Health Products industries.
  • X+ years working directly with Business process, operations, or supply chain stakeholdersnot IT.
  • Experience working in large, global, matrixed enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (client preference for native-level fluency).
  • Strong tenure (long-term roles, stability; no job hopping).
  • Ability to manage executive-level reporting, alignment, and cross-functional governance.

Preferred:

  • PMP or other PM certification
  • Experience with Digital & Data Supply Chain solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
