Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, owning the end-to-end customer experience from sales handoff through post-launch transition to customer success.
  • Lead project kickoff, milestone reviews, approvals, and launch preparation activities, keeping projects on schedule with clear ownership and documented next steps.
  • Provide guidance to customers on website goals, and SEO/AIO best practices; manage improvement projects for existing customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with design, content, SEO, production, sales, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver accurate, high-quality work on time.
  • Collect and communicate key account, branding, and website requirements; track timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively.
  • Facilitate customer reviews and approvals, balancing customer preferences with SEO, usability, and accessibility best practices.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and escalations in a timely manner; build relationships that support long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure customers are successfully onboarded to all purchased products and services, including applicable tools, dashboards, and marketing services.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, account notes, and communication records in internal systems.
  • Identify customer feedback, product improvement opportunities, and process gaps; share insights with appropriate internal teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, implementation, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer communication skills — via Zoom, phone, and email — including the ability to lead meetings, present recommendations, outreach proactively, and manage expectations.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across creative, technical, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and confident making decisions independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SEO/AIO, website strategy, digital marketing, branding, or user experience best practices is a plus.
