Develops, approves and manages project charters, budgets, and plans for complex projects. Identifies reports and resolves risks and issues within mitigation plans. Develops and executes deployment and installation plans for infrastructure and wireless network software applications. Coordinates technical teams and business teams to ensure necessary activities are completed. Candidate leads daily project tracking, planning and status meetings. Develops and implements project communication plans. Participates in cross program project reviews and planning. Must have experience in Agile project management methodologies. The technical skills include using computer technology and applications to meet the needs of the organization.Candidate must have previous experience implementing/deploying wireless network projects for Wi-Fi deployments and/or Cellular networks.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
* Manage backup, security and user help system
* Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
* Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
* Provide users with technical support for computer problems
* Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions
* Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
Qualifications
Education/Experience
* Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
* Accredited Project Management certification, such as PMP or Scrum Master.
* Strong Technical Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) implementation/migration on an enterprise scale.
* 7+ years of experience required
