We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, organize, and execute new product releases and End-of-Life (EOL) activities for premium medical device products. This role leads cross-functional teams and owns full project lifecycle execution-from planning and budgeting through design transfer, commercialization, and sustaining changes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead EOL roadmap creation, milestone definition, and execution
  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Software, Hardware, Systems, Ultrasound, Acoustics, Transducer, Product Management, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Procurement
  • Drive design transfer activities and support commercialization planning
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable quality systems, regulations, and standards
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks with clear stakeholder communication
  • Monitor progress, motivate teams, and provide regular status reporting
  • Partner with sustaining teams to plan and release ongoing product changes
  • Develop new processes and workflows to support EOL initiatives when required

Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of project management experience (non-entry level)
  • Medical device experience (Class II or Class III)
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability in schedule, resource, and budget planning
  • Experience managing global teams
  • Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
