Senior Manager, Digital Platforms

A hands-on management position accountable for global web simplification and enhancing the Company’s digital presence.  The position works closely with global sales and marketing leaders, product managers, and other management team members to strategize, plan, and deliver web solutions that would meet the Company’s and Customer’s needs (globally and regionally), using appropriate and cost-effective technologies. This is a strategic role that will be a part of the Corporate IT function reporting directly to the CIO.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Digital Commerce & Sales Enablement Leadership
•    Lead the global program digital commerce solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regional business objectives.
•    Serve as an internal advisor/consultant, sharing and deploying best practices related to global web presence, product and service positioning, digital commerce capabilities, and customer experience technologies.
•    Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, external design agencies, and regional business teams to ensure digital platforms accurately reflect brand and competitive positioning across global markets.
•    Guide, manage, and deliver innovative web and digital commerce solutions—including products, services, and platform enhancements—to meet evolving global and regional needs.
Analytics, Insights, and Performance Reporting
•    Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide Sales, Marketing, and leadership with clear insights into web traffic analytics and  performance, campaign ROI, customer behavior, and platform utilization.
•    Provide strategic recommendations to improve revenue processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency through data, automation, and technology enhancements.
Digital Architecture & Platform Development
•    Evaluate, design, and manage the enterprise digital solutions architecture across global web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.
•    Oversee infrastructure, hosting, web administration, content delivery, and the development of web applications—including online catalogs, configurators, shopping carts, collaboration tools, visualizers, and mobile applications.
•    Ensure digital platforms integrate effectively with enterprise systems and support scalable, secure, customer-centric experiences.
Program & Project Management
•    Develop project plans, define deliverables, and mobilize global and local resources—both internal and external—to drive successful execution.
•    Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from inception through deployment, including hand-off to business teams and long-term support.
•    Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor progress, reallocate resources as needed, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes.
Operational Excellence & Governance
•    Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and system enhancements across digital platforms and sales/marketing technologies.
•    Oversee application development, testing (unit, integration, UAT), data conversion, integration management, reporting, security/compliance, change management, and user training.
•    Present program and initiative status to senior leadership, covering priorities, deliverables, risks, schedules, budgets, vendor performance, and technology decisions.
Vendor & Resource Management
•    Identify, engage, and manage external partners, including global and low-cost service providers, to support development, design, integration, and operational needs.
•    Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and alignment with project and platform objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree Required
EXPERIENCE: 10+ years
Global experience: in addition to North America, experience in Europe is a Plus
Managing and delivering global solution development initiatives and products

Experience and expertise in the following products, technologies, and concepts:
o    Web Technologies - Java, Akamai, Amazon Web Services, ATG, Magento, .Net, HTML5, XML, SEO, SEM, Social media, CMS
o    AI Technologies – Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI will be preferred
