• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of your clients, allowing for the formulation of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing secure digital platforms, ensuring the highest level of care tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Work closely with clients to set specific therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and adjustments throughout the treatment process.
• Integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities based on clients’ preferences, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Maintain and manage detailed records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and clinical notes in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and include adults, adolescents, and families seeking effective coping strategies and support. This diversity enriches the therapeutic experience, challenging therapists to adapt their approaches and better serve each unique individual.

• A current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for establishing rapport and effectively engaging with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a strong understanding of the complexities of mental health challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple caseloads, documentation, and therapy sessions.

• Previous experience delivering mental health counseling services, preferably in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth software and digital communication tools.
• Experience in providing diverse therapeutic approaches that reflect cultural competence and sensitivity.
