• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the financial and emotional commitments of potential clients, ensuring a clear path toward healing.
• Assess and identify clients' challenges and available resources through initial consultations, providing a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment regimens that align with the client's needs and goals, adjusting these plans as therapy progresses.

Your work will have a direct impact on a varied range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with mental health disorders, life transitions, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. By providing culturally sensitive treatment, you will ensure that every client feels understood and supported throughout their healing journey.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
• Demonstrated experience as a licensed mental health counselor, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and empathetically.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
