Key Responsibilities

  • Inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, and repair of customer Bobcat equipment and related systems.
  • Perform setup, commissioning, and predelivery inspections of new equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Requisition parts and materials as required.
  • Complete detailed, clear, and accurate work orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, productivity, and safe working conditions in both shop and field environments.
  • Travel to customer job sites and other locations to service equipment as required.

Education, Experience & Skills Required

  • Heavy equipment service experience is required; experience with compact construction equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with 5 years of field service experience preferred.
  • Red Seal Licensed Journeyman required.
  • Valid Ontario Drivers License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Safetyfocused mindset with a strong understanding of safe work practices.
  • Customerservice driven, professional, and able to represent the company on job sites.
  • Previous Bobcat equipment experience considered a strong asset.
