What you will be doing:ย
As a Housekeeper at Carmenโs Group,ย youโllย play a key role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for every guest. Whetherย itโsย refreshing guest rooms,ย maintainingย public spaces, or supporting event setup, your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness directly contribute to the extraordinary experiencesย weโreย known for.ย
Your responsibilities will include:ย
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standardsย
- Making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking room amenitiesย
- Ensuring hallways, lobbies, and service areas are clean, organized, and presentableย
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to theย appropriate departmentย
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently, following proper protocolsย
- Supporting front desk and breakfast attendant operations
- Supporting cleanliness of banquet spaces before and after events whenย requiredย
- Communicating effectively with the front desk and other departments to ensure guest needs are metย
- Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and proceduresย
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with both guests and team membersย
- Taking pride in your work and contributing to a clean, safe, and memorable guest experienceย
- Performing other related duties as assigned to support hotel and venue operationsย

What Makes You Shine:
ย ย - 1-2 years of experience in a hotelย or hospitality brand in a housekeeping capacityย ย
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment toย maintainingย high cleanliness and presentation standardsย
- Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skillsย
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve consistent resultsย
- Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentย
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervisionย
- Availability of working flexible shiftsย during the daytime, including weekends and holidaysย is required
- Ability to tolerate cleaning products andย maintainย safety standardsย
- Clean criminal background check and ability to uphold guest confidentiality and hotel security standardsย
