Operational Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Operational Support Specialist to shadow and eventually assume critical responsibilities, ensuring business continuity.
Note: Comprehensive training will be provided for most operational tasks, but candidates must have prior experience in basic networking, database, and desktop support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow and learn existing operational processes to ensure seamless transition of responsibilities.
  • Provide support for infrastructure, VMware, SQL Server, and MySQL environments.
  • Assist with application integration using APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Perform basic networking, database, and desktop support tasks with prior experience.
  • Proactively identify and address operational issues, contributing to process improvements.
  • Maintain and update documentation to support operational continuity.
Qualifications:
  • Strong technical background in infrastructure, VMware, SQL Server, and MySQL.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and XML for application integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing basic networking, database, and desktop support tasks.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and be mentored.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work during U.S. business hours (CST preferred).
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
