Community Uplifters LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. This position focuses on providing therapeutic services to individuals facing severe emotional disorders and major mental health issues, all within the supportive framework of our hospice center. This role is fully remote, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our hospice center team. • Provide direct clinical services to clients, focusing on those experiencing significant mental illness and emotional disturbances.
• Engage in team-based approaches that promote collaboration, helping facilitate group therapy sessions and team meetings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to individual client needs.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring clients receive necessary services and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor client progress through consistent follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans and strategies as needed to empower client autonomy and choice.
• Participate in crisis intervention, utilizing skills in de-escalation and emergency response when necessary.
• Fulfill routine obligations such as documentation, reports, and data entry, ensuring timely and accurate submission in line with organizational workflows.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with treatment methodologies and ethical guidelines.

Our clients primarily consist of individuals facing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, many of whom are from underserved backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of these individuals, guiding them through their recovery journeys while working closely with family members and other support systems to promote holistic healing.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Washington State license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards set forth by professional guidelines.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with populations experiencing major mental illnesses.
• Experience in integrated healthcare settings and utilizing multidisciplinary approaches is highly valued.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and handling high-stress situations is advantageous.
