Location: Remote (U.S. Preferred) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Pacific Time Zone Hours) Job Type: Contract through December 31, 2026, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs Pay Rate: $30 - $35.00/hour
Job Summary
LHH is seeking an Associate Compliance Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced compliance and engineering program by providing Jira administration, project coordination, reporting, and administrative support. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at managing details, driving accountability, maintaining accurate project data, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
The Associate Compliance Project Coordinator will serve as a key operational partner to program leadership, helping manage a high volume of project activities, maintain Jira boards and dashboards, coordinate stakeholder communications, track action items, and ensure program work remains visible and on schedule. This position will interact with a core team of approximately 12 professionals while supporting a broader network of 50-100 stakeholders across the organization.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a technical environment where confidentiality, accuracy, and proactive communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Jira Administration & Project Tracking
  • Maintain and administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, tickets, and reporting tools.
  • Manage and monitor a high-volume project environment, tracking as many as 400-500 active tickets.
  • Ensure project data is accurate, updated, and properly organized.
  • Conduct ongoing data cleanup and quality control within Jira.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide project visibility to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and outstanding action items.
Project & Program Coordination
  • Track deliverables, owners, due dates, and follow-up activities across multiple initiatives.
  • Partner closely with program leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment.
  • Gather status updates and prepare project reports, summaries, and communications.
  • Escalate issues, risks, or delays proactively when work requires attention.
  • Help ensure accountability by following up on commitments and tracking completion of key tasks.
Meeting & Communication Support
  • Coordinate meetings and project-related communications.
  • Prepare agendas and document meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
  • Distribute updates and maintain project documentation repositories.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide flexible administrative support as priorities shift across the program.
  • Support document management, scheduling, data entry, and record maintenance activities.
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize various business systems to support project coordination and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, Jira administration, executive administration, program support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience working within Jira, including board management, ticket tracking, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment.
