We are seeking a Technical Support DAS Engineer to join our team and support customer deployments, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of JMA wireless solutions.
This role is critical in delivering quality remote and onsite technical support for Distributed Antenna Systems, ensuring successful customer implementations and resolution of field issues.
The ideal candidate has strong RF knowledge, hands-on DAS experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for JMA DAS solutions
  • Support commissioning, acceptance testing, and system turn-up activities
  • Troubleshoot RF, fiber, alarm, and performance issues
  • Review KPIs, logs, and performance data to identify root causes
  • Execute sweep, PIM, CW, and performance testing
  • Create, manage, and close technical support tickets promptly
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams
  • Support software/firmware upgrades and maintenance activities
  • Deliver professional customer communication throughout issue lifecycle 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Associate degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent military experience preferred
  • 5+ years of RF technical support experience with DAS systems
  • Strong understanding of LTE, 5G, and base station systems
  • Experience with DAS headend, remotes, fiber-fed architectures
  • Experience with PIM, sweep, CW, and RF performance testing
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking ability
  • Experience supporting customers directly in technical environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional short-notice customer escalations.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with JMA Wireless DAS
  • Fiber optic troubleshooting experience 
The US annual base salary range for this is $90,000 - $140,000. The range includes base salary that is expected to be paid for this role. Actual base salary will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the scope and complexity of the role, the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, peer and market data and geographic location.
