Remote Retention Specialist (Call Center – Customer Retention & Save Calls)

Full-Time | Remote Pay: $15–$16/hour Schedule: 40h weekly within 7 AM – 11 PM CST Location: Remote (Eligible States: TX, FL, NC, GA, KY, AL, MS, LA, and TN Start Date: 8/3/26

About the Role

SAPS LLC is hiring Retention Specialists to join our remote call center team.

In this role, you'll work directly with clients to reduce cancellations, improve satisfaction, and retain customers throughout their journey.

What You'll Do

•Provide support via phone, email, and chat •Resolve cancellation requests with tailored solutions •Assist clients based on needs •Manage scheduling and case tracking
