This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility for our clinicians to deliver care from their preferred location while maintaining accessibility for clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional services. • Client Management: Engage with a caseload of clients facing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing assessments and individual, group, and family therapy.
• Integrated Care Planning: Create and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring access to vital services and facilitating communication among clients, families, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Crisis Intervention: Conduct assessments and interventions for clients in crisis, acting promptly and compassionately to stabilize situations and ensure continuous support.
• Screenings and Assessments: Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and collaborate with external specialists to arrange for detailed assessments when necessary.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery and adhering to quality improvement protocols.
• Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all records, progress notes, and reports, contributing to the continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• On-Call Coverage: Provide on-call coverage for clients outside of regular hours, offering support and guidance as needed.

The primary focus of this role is on serving a diverse client base within the Arlington, Texas community. You will work with individuals who come from various cultural backgrounds and may experience a wide range of traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles. Your ability to connect and communicate respectfully with this diverse population will be a key factor in providing effective care and fostering positive outcomes.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a community health or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Experience working in community health or similar settings with a focus on underserved populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create holistic care approaches.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 yearly, depending on experience and qualifications.
